CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care has begun its Magnet Journey to Excellence with the intention of obtaining Magnet Recognition from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). As part of our Journey, CSR Nursing has implemented a shared governance model. This shared decision making structure includes both Unit Based and Regional Councils.

	Nursing Executive Oversight

Our LVNs have their own council which considers opportunities related to LVN practice at CSR.

We are proud of the nurses who practice in our facility and are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, shared decision making, evidence-based practice, certification, continuing education, and collaboration with our professional schools of nursing.
