in San Antonio, CSR offers unlimited opportunities to
advance your clinical knowledge. At this time, CSR Children's Hospital is experiencing an unprecedented
period of growth. We are undergoing extensive expansions and
renovations, allowing for the addition of several new advanced
pediatric programs. While these additions will enhance our ability to deliver comprehensive
pediatric care, we know they are only part of the total
picture. As a pediatric nurse, you become a part of a
multi-faceted support team that includes radiology,
laboratory, social services, child life,
spiritual care and more – all who make certain
you are not alone when treating children and their
families.
 At
CSR, we allow you to strike balance between your career
and family life. We offer full-time, part-time, or
casual part-time (CPT) positions. As a nurse you can
even create your own schedule through our
self-scheduling flexible work program. Additionally, you
can take advantage of our many enrichment programs that
help expand your talents and grow your career.
CSR Nursing has implemented a shared governance model,
which gives you a voice in nursing practice, standards
and quality of care. Our nursing leadership team is
comprised of nurse managers and directors who not only
